Grey Jazz Veterans House Fundraiser

Dinner & a show! Fundraiser in support of veterans experiencing homelessness nationwide. https://www.veteranshousecanada.ca

Doors open at 5pm. Dinner at 6pm. -- Dinner preference confirmed upon ticket purchase. (Choice of chicken or stuffed portobello mushrooms). Music at 7:30pm, provided by the Grey Jazz Big Band (veteran RCMP and CAF members).

Tickets $80 each (which includes a $50 donation for the fundraiser). Tickets can be purchased via e-transfer to Dougcody@hotmail.com Please put VHANDY in the message (to indicate Veterans House and Andy after the veteran to whom this House is dedicated). We'll be the host band for the Jazzworks monthly jam. We will play the opening set of 45 minutes (7:30-8:15) and then turn the stage over to jammers (until 10:30). Great food, drink specials, appetizer specials, fun variety of music. $10 / $5 cover (General Admission / Jazzworks Friends). All proceeds to support JazzWorks education and events -- ones such as this jam! Free street parking after 6 PM. Impark $6 evening flat rate at Kent & Albert.

After Greg warmly welcomes us all in, DCHB will do the opening set and then there is an open mic until 4 pm. A truly enjoyable afternoon! No door cover. Lots of free parking.
